THIS says it all doesn’t it!

We have all dealt with people that are rude, hard to deal with and just plain troublesome.  By treating them with respect you are throwing the ball they threw at you back in their court.  You can now walk away carrying absolutely none of their baggage.

Try this and tell me how good you feel.

I recently came home and my propane tank was missing. I immediately contacted P38 (Budget propane) in Arnprior to ask what was happening.  Angie the awkward and always miserable woman answered and rudely said,

“You told us that you had found a new provider.  Your tank was empty anyway”

I responded calmly. “My account is paid  in full, the tank was full & furthermore I did not phone in.  It is the middle of winter.”

Angie barked, “NO, no your tank was empty, we phoned you so many times with no reply so we took it!”

That’s when it clicked, Angie has always been a rude, miserable, angry person from the start. She is lying, trying to bring me down to her level while getting under my skin.  This woman is the one with the problem and not worth raising my blood pressure so I asked politely to speak with her supervisor.  The supervisor was never there any time i phoned until it was Angie’s day off…I got lucky that day.

The supervisor checked his records said my tank was full and looked over his phone records stating that the last time they had phoned me was a year ago, last February!

I received my money back & changed propane providers.
